Questions before you begin?
What does the $500 starting down payment include?
Down payments start at $500 and vary depending on your approved vehicle option. The down payment is only part of your starting costs. No. Requesting a conversation is separate from the secure application. The application button opens that separate step when you choose to continue.
What if I have part of the starting amount?
You can tell Grace and ask what may be possible. Any arrangement must be reviewed and confirmed; it is not guaranteed. Down payments start at $500 and vary depending on your approved vehicle option.

A few helpful answers
Do I have to choose a company from this list?
No. Grace’s handbook allows you to choose a licensed agent or authorized insurer that meets the required coverage. The list is a convenient starting point, not a required or preferred-provider list.
Can I use the policy I already have?
Ask your agent about preparing a binder for the vehicle. Confirm the VIN and mileage with Grace, and provide DNCS Inc.’s name and address, $50/day rental coverage, and a $500 deductible.
Does an insurance quote mean I’m ready for vehicle pickup?
A quote alone does not complete the process. Grace needs the correct binder, then sends the RTA to your insurer. Your insurer must return the stamped RTA to Grace. Prepare in advance because this may take 1 to 3 days, depending on the insurer.
Is insurance included in my vehicle starting costs?
Insurance premiums are separate. Ask your insurer about the amount needed to start the policy and ongoing payments, and ask Grace for the complete vehicle starting-cost breakdown.
What if the company name on my policy is different?
The issuing insurer or program may differ from the brand you recognize. Use the policy’s claims instructions or ask your issuing agent. This is particularly important for program-based coverage and related insurance brands.
